Mixer system
Chopping and mixing auger with serrated and rounded blades of high resistance, offering an excellent cut with a minimal effort.
Each auger rotates in the same direction creating an optimal circuit for the ideal mixture.
The mixing system is compound by triangular side partition inside the hopper, the augers and the blades attached with the auger. This set creates an unrivalled harmony during mixing of the components by these side partitions that guide the food from the first auger to the second auger while the blades and the augers mixed the food. The design and the structure makes that there is no corner where the food is locked.
Equipped with 8 or 9 blades to the auger.

The Juscafresa finishing process is:
-Polishing of the whole machine removing the impurities that persist in the metal.
-Pressurized washing with degreaser solution to obtain a better grip on the primer and prevent corrosion.
-Wash at high pressure with hot water to remove dirt from the metal and remains of adhered products.
-Application of a high quality primer layer.
-Application of two layers of Juscafresa paint specially designed with our corporate color.
