Equipped with a mobile floor with PVC conveyor belt, sliding background by rails of high-density polyethylene.
Drag system
Binding of the mobile floor with PVC conveyor belt next to mobile front.
Hydraulic back door opening fully synchronized with the drive system with mobile floor PVC commanded by a hydraulic electrodistrubuidor.
Reducer
Hydraulic advance of the mobile floor with double hydraulic reducers 1/24,3 motors WR 160 (1 with electric sensor) mounted on traction reels and cable recovery.
Hydraulic kit
Direct hydraulic attack on the tractor with hydraulic electrodistributor and cable control for the following functions:
Raise / lower the drawbar, opening / closing back cover, movement of the front and PVC strip through the hydraulic motors with double reducer, manual operation of the functions and activation of automatic maneuvers for unloading and reversing the front, synchronized with opening and closing of the back cover, double security for front limit positions through position sensors and sensor in hydraulic motor, and ready to incorporate a sensor line.
Drawbar and jack-stand
Drawbar with hydraulic elevation used by a remote control from the tractor and descent, variable in height to provide greater stability to the trailer with double mechanical jack-stand.

The Juscafresa finishing process is:
-Polishing of the whole machine removing the impurities that persist in the metal.
-Pressurized washing with degreaser solution to obtain a better grip on the primer and prevent corrosion.
-Wash at high pressure with hot water to remove dirt from the metal and remains of adhered products.
-Application of a high quality primer layer.
-Application of two layers of Juscafresa paint specially designed with our corporate color.
