The lower plates are protected by plates in order to avoid the material fall directly to the floor and ensuring it is spread through the back without falling below the machine and getting it dirty.

El sistema recopila todos los datos útiles programados especificando y monitorizando cada punto a tiempo real elaborando y enviando el histórico a la "nube" para poder ser consultado y analizado desde el mismo tractor o desde cualquier parte del mundo siempre a tiempo real.
¿Qué podemos conseguir?
Esta tecnología ayuda al usuario a planificar trabajos con órdenes específicas de trabajo en cualquier máquina u operador; controlar el trabajo que se ha realizado o se esta realizando a tiempo real, recibir información detallada de cada proceso y punto en el mapa elaborando un histórico de trabajos realizados para poder ser consultados y analizados.
¿Cómo lo hacemos?
Equipamos nuestras maquinas con un sistema de sensores en red programados para recopilar información concreta a tiempo real para realizar una analítica y control de todos los procesos generando informes de cada parcela.
Toda la información recopilada es almacenada en la "nube" y con ella se puede extraer informes y análisis mediante los cuales el usuario podrá utilizar para mejorar su rendimiento y producción minimizando los costes. y producción minimizando los costes.

The Juscafresa finishing process is:
-Polishing of the whole machine removing the impurities that persist in the metal.
-Pressurized washing with degreaser solution to obtain a better grip on the primer and prevent corrosion.
-Wash at high pressure with hot water to remove dirt from the metal and remains of adhered products.
-Application of a high quality primer layer.
-Application of two layers of Juscafresa paint specially designed with our corporate color.
